Avery AP54
The Avery Dennison AP5.4 Series are 300dpiflat-head thermal
transfer printers suitable for printing type plates,self-adhesive
labels, paper, card and plastic such as PE, PP, PVC and PA at
highspeed. With matched media consumables the results are
impressive: an excellentprinted image that is resistant to
environmental influences, chemicals andabrasion.
Operation of the printer has been analysed andsimple operation and
straightforward operating controls make it easy to workwith the AP
5.4 Labels and foils can be changed very easily, as the
materialfeed opens at the side. It is also very easy to replace
print heads and printdrums.No tools or special accessories are
required to change the print head.The print pressure of the print
head can be varied very easily using theadjustment screw. In
addition, the graphical display shows status messages andmenu
guidance in a user-friendly manner.
Additionally, for applications that require aprinter to be operated
in a 'stand-alone' manner (that is, without attachment toa PC or
network host), the AP5.4 can be operated offline, with label
formats andgraphics stored on a memory card using the in-built
Compact-Flash slot.
